Our Hiring Process

  1. 1. Application Review

    Once you submit your application, it gets manually reviewed by a team member. Our timeline to respond varies from role to role, but our goal is to go from initial interview to offer in 3-4 weeks.

  2. 2. Introductory Chat

    If we think you are a suitable candidate, we'll reach out to you for an introductory written chat. Chat is our primary way of communicating, so we want to make sure you are comfortable expressing yourself through it.

  3. 3. Video Call / Exercise

    We'll schedule a video call where we can get to know each other a little bit more thoroughly. It's also possible you'll be asked to complete a practical exercise to give us an idea of how you work.

  4. 4. Offer / Feedback

    If we think you'll be a good fit, we will reach out to you with an offer. Regardless, we appreciate the time and effort you put into applying and we will let you know our final decision and feedback on your application.
